Customers with personal computers who have Internet access may view their accounts via an Internet browser to perform various account functions through our Personal Online Banking or Business Online Banking services. Access may include viewing transaction histories, transferring money between accounts within our institution, and establishing automatic bill payments. You are responsible for telephone and/or Internet service fees from your Internet service provider.

Catalyst Bank does not charge a fee for Online Banking.

Mobile Banking

This App is an added feature of online banking and may be used to check account balances, make mobile check deposits, view recent transactions, view check images, receive alerts, and transfer funds between accounts. Customers must have a mobile device with internet access and be enrolled in online banking. Your wireless carrier may assess fees for data or text messaging services. Please consult your wireless plan or provider for details.

Catalyst Bank does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking.

Request for Electronic Banking Credentials

Catalyst bank will never contact you to request your electronic banking credentials.

  • If you ever receive an unsolicited request that appears to come from Catalyst Bank asking that you provide your account information, user name or password, DO NOT respond to the email or call to the number provided. If you are unsure of its authenticity, call us at 337-948-3033 — not the one in the email or message — to verify that we actually sent it and to inquire about why we need their information.
  • If the email appears to be from another company or financial institution, you can forward it to the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team at phishing-report@us-cert.gov.
    Delete suspicious emails from your Inbox and clean out your Deleted Items folder.
  • If you have responded and provided information, contact us immediately.

Enrollment

To enroll in Personal Online Banking, click on the Online Banking option at the top of the page and choose “Enroll Now”. Once you enter the required information, you will get instant access to your accounts. You may also visit any of our locations and a bank representative will be happy to assist you.

Bill Pay

Save money on stamps and envelopes. Customers who are enrolled in online banking can pay their bills in minutes, rather than hours, with our online CheckFree Bill Pay Service. You can make payments to virtually anyone with this easy-to-use, fully secure service.

To activate this service, log in to your online banking account, click on the primary checking account, and choose Bill Pay. This links you to important CheckFree Bill Pay disclosures. Follow on-screen instructions and demos. Customer Service is available at 800-877- 8021 between the hours of 7 am to 1 am ET seven days per week.

Additional Information about Online Banking

Transfer
Allows you to perform a transfer immediately upon logging in or schedule future internal transfers. See your Online Banking agreement for further details about transfers.

Stop Payments
Allows you to request a Stop Payment on an account. The cost and further details are explained in the Online Banking Agreement.
